Panera Bread at 20530 Rand Road #448, Deer Park, Illinois.

Usually get great service. Placed an order for rapid pick up. Ended up getting out of work early so I arrived early. Stood first in line for a good three minutes before anyone behind the counter (6 people at least) even acknowledged me. Then when I told them I was there early for a rapid pickup, before letting me explain myself directed me to wait at the rapid pick up order (I would have had to sit there for 30 minutes) had I not forcfully asked to get it early. I get being busy, but too busy to give a loyal paying customer more than a 2 second interaction isn't too much to ask. Or so I thought. But with a Panera on every corner, it will be no bother for me to never come back to this location.
