Very disappointed in this company. They do not stand behind the merchandise they sell. I purchased a $499 Caso Germany induction cooktop in January of 2014. Over the last year is stopped working. I brought the cooktop, my original receipt back to the Deer Park Williams Sonoma and asked for an exchange. They informed me I must go directly to the manufacturer. They only allow returns or exchanges for 30 days after purchase. Well, I thought I would get more than 30 days of use from a $499 cooktop.
